Susanne Cutshall is an Integrative Health Specialist in the Department of Surgery at Mayo Clinic.  She is a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist and Certified Advanced Holistic Nurse.  She is Certified as a health and wellness coach as well, and provides integrative health coaching for patients prior to and after surgery.  She is trained in stress management, Heart Math, mindfulness and resilience and is a Reiki Master and Student of Healing Touch.  She conducts research on integrative medicine modalities in the medical setting and has published several articles on topics of massage, acupuncture, biofeed back and music.  Susanne is also a Surgical Coaching Practitioner with The Beyond Surgery Program.

Sharon has been a nurse for more than 40 years.  Her clinical specialty was in ICU and geriatrics.  Also, she has been a nursing faculty member for several colleges in the area.  Her latest position was in Staff Development and managing a INTERACT grant for managing residents care in place whenever possible and enhancing the palliative care program.  She spearheaded getting a Wellness Center built within the River Falls, WI Hospital in the mid 90′s.  It is still going strong today.  In addition, she is a Healing Touch Practitioner and an Aroma Therapist.  In November 2013, she became a Certified Surgical Coaching Practitioner with The Beyond Surgery Program.  Her experience and broad skills sets are a plus to her clients.
